1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account on the ph366 platform, accessing any ph366 service, or placing any wager through ph366, you unconditionally accept these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, together with the ph366 Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules published on the platform. These documents are incorporated herein by reference and form part of the complete agreement between you and ph366.

These Terms supersede all prior agreements, understandings, and representations between you and ph366 relating to your use of the platform. ph366 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the ph366 platform following notification of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility & Registration

To register and maintain an active ph366 account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, as required under applicable Philippine gaming regulations.
• You must be a natural person (corporate or institutional accounts are not permitted).
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by law.
• You must not be a current employee, director, officer, or close relative of ph366 or any of its affiliated entities.
• You must not have been previously excluded or suspended from ph366 or any other regulated gaming platform.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information during registration and maintain the accuracy of that information throughout the life of your account.

Each individual may hold only one ph366 account. The creation of multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal information — is strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances therein.

ph366 reserves the right to conduct identity verification (KYC) at any time. Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of withdrawals until verification is completed satisfactorily.

3. Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ph366 account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) issued to your registered mobile number. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances.

ph366 will never request your password via email, live chat, or telephone. Any communication purporting to be from ph366 that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to ph366 support immediately.

ph366 is not liable for any loss arising from unauthorized access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain credential confidentiality. You agree to notify ph366 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access or suspicious activity on your ph366 account.

ph366 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) via your registered Philippine mobile number. This is available under Account Settings following your first login.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on ph366 are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. ph366 accepts deposits via GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, GrabPay, Coins.ph, 7-Eleven CLiQQ, and USDT TRC20 as published on the platform.

ph366 does not accept deposits from third-party sources. All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. ph366 reserves the right to return any deposit that cannot be verified as originating from the account holder and to apply additional verification procedures for deposits that trigger compliance thresholds.

Withdrawal requests will only be processed to a payment method that has been verified in the account holder's name. ph366 targets a processing time of 5–30 minutes for GCash and Maya withdrawals for fully KYC-verified accounts, though this is not guaranteed and may be subject to additional verification procedures at ph366's discretion.

Bonus funds and winnings generated from active bonus wagering requirements are not eligible for withdrawal until the relevant wagering conditions have been fully met. ph366 reserves the right to withhold or void any withdrawal that it reasonably suspects is associated with bonus abuse, fraudulent activity, or money laundering.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

ph366 offers various promotional bonuses from time to time, including but not limited to welcome deposit matches, free spins, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and VIP rewards. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, eligible games, maximum withdrawal limits, and expiry periods, which are published alongside the relevant promotion.

You may participate in any promotion only once unless the promotion's specific terms state otherwise. ph366 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Abuse of promotional offers — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, exploiting software errors, or coordinated betting strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements — will result in immediate bonus forfeiture and account suspension.

ph366 reserves the right to apply a maximum bonus withdrawal cap as specified in individual promotion terms. Any winnings in excess of the stated cap may be removed from your account at the time of withdrawal.

6. Gaming Rules & Fair Play

All games offered on ph366 are governed by their individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and any game-specific rules, the game-specific rules shall prevail in respect of gameplay matters.

RNG-based games on ph366 use independently certified random number generators to ensure genuinely random and unbiased outcomes. ph366 does not manipulate game outcomes for individual players. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for each game are disclosed within the game information panel.

ph366 reserves the right to void any bet that was placed: (a) as a result of a technical error; (b) using incorrect or corrupted odds due to a system fault; (c) after an event has concluded; or (d) in breach of any applicable game or platform rule. In such cases, the staked amount will be returned to the player's ph366 account.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on ph366 and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to the relevant Philippine authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC verification
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the platform
• Engaging in collusion with other players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to accumulate winnings beyond intended gameplay
• Using ph366 for any money laundering, fraud, or other criminal purpose
• Accessing ph366 from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise interfere with ph366 software or systems

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the ph366 platform — including but not limited to software, game assets, graphics, text, trademarks, logos, and audio-visual material — is the exclusive property of ph366 or its licensed third-party providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use ph366 solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms.

You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any ph366 content without ph366's prior written consent. Unauthorized use of ph366's intellectual property may result in legal action.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ph366 shall not be liable for: (a) any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill; (b) any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages; (c) any loss arising from reliance on any information published on the ph366 platform; or (d) any interruption, suspension, or termination of the ph366 service.

ph366's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player to their ph366 account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits ph366's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

10. Responsible Gaming

ph366 is committed to promoting responsible gaming among its player community. ph366 enforces a strict minimum age of 21 years for all account registrations. Players who have not met the minimum age requirement will have their accounts permanently closed and all associated funds forfeited.

ph366 provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible via Account Settings following login:

• Deposit Limits — set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on deposits to your ph366 account
• Session Time Limits — configure automatic session end times to control the duration of play
• Loss Limits — set thresholds at which gameplay will pause within a defined period

• Self-Exclusion — voluntarily exclude your account for periods ranging from 24 hours to permanent closure

11. Account Suspension & Termination

ph366 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, for reasons including but not limited to: breach of these Terms; suspected fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity; failure to complete KYC verification; or at ph366's sole discretion for operational or regulatory reasons.

Upon termination of your ph366 account for reasons not involving a breach of these Terms, ph366 will return any genuine player funds remaining in your account (i.e., excluding bonus balances) following completion of any outstanding KYC or compliance review. This process may take up to 28 business days.

You may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting ph366 customer support. Closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately and cannot be reversed for the duration of the exclusion period.

12. Privacy & Data

ph366 collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at ph366 Privacy Policy. By registering a ph366 account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described therein. ph366 will not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification providers, and regulatory authorities as required by law.

13. Amendments to These Terms

ph366 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or platform notification at least 7 days prior to taking effect, where practicable. Non-material amendments may take effect immediately upon publication. Your continued use of the ph366 platform after any amendment takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms regularly.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of ph366 shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines, without prejudice to any applicable regulatory dispute resolution procedures.

In the first instance, disputes should be raised with ph366 customer support. ph366 will endeavour to resolve disputes within 14 business days of receipt. If a dispute cannot be resolved through this process, the applicable regulatory escalation pathway may be pursued.
